This year, we plan to expand the media portion of IMPACT, Social Voice Media. We originally chose the name "Social Voice," because it was social studies, dealing with social issues and because it was our voice. Over time, we realized that there are so many media available for expressing this social voice.

Last year, we created three videos, worked on two websites and filmed a short, weekly newscast.

This year, we plan to create:

• A weekly newscast
• Face the Issues - a monthly current even show
• A weekly news podcast

• 1-2 documentaries
• Maintaining the school website
• Expanding the IMPACT website
• Redesigning the Social Voice website
• Social Voice Blog
• Student Portfolio Pages
• A Photographic History of Our City
